Approved Application List and ECOS Metrics

The name COV Ramp has replaced the formerly-named Enterprise Cloud Oversight Service (ECOS).

	COV Ramp is part of a new program called COV Grade that applies badges to services, solutions and products that are trusted, secure and ready for the Commonwealth environment. While the COV Ramp/formerly named ECOS process has not changed, COV Ramp is delivering additional benefits to the customer that help achieve the same goals.
