Commonwealth IT Project Manager Overview training will be presented quarterly. All IT project managers and project sponsors of Commonwealth IT projects must attend the Commonwealth IT Project Manager Overview training. There is no pre-qualification test for required training.

Developing a Project Schedule and WBS (PowerPoint)
Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) for Project Managers training will be presented quarterly (targeted for February, May, August and November.) All IT project managers must attend the training prior to managing a Commonwealth IT project. The Commonwealth IT Project Manager Overview training is a prerequisite for this training.
In the CTP for Project Managers training, project managers will learn to:
Use the processes and forms in CTP from Project Initiation to Project Closeout;
Manage project documentation;
Create project status reports; and,
Upload key project documents
