Presenters: Jessica Sudduth, Jen Morano, Rex Pyle, Constance Scott, Chris Hinkle, Victoria Harness, Rebekah Corker, Richard White, and Ryan GoldsberryCourse Description: The New AITR Overview Training is intended for new AITRs, as it is designed to acquaint staff of the AITR role and responsibilities, however, the session may also serve as a refresher for current AITRs. This overview includes presentations from the Customer Relationships, Agency Business Management, Oversight & Governance, Customer Success, Finance and Security, as well as demonstration/overview of Apptio and Archer.
- Hands-on CTP Training for AITRs

Presenters: Pat Morrissey, Dan CherkisCourse Description: Training is for agency staff performing the AITR role. It will introduce Planview forms, system navigation and prepare users for AITR responsibilities: Business Requirements for Technology (BRTs), Procurement Governance Requests (PGR), Investment Business Cases (IBC), IT Strategic Planning and approval requirements for those requests.

(Note, if you're not on the COV network nor VPNed in, you'll get a Windows authentication pop-up to enter your COV credentials.)
If you have a COV account but no PMD account, then click the above "Register" button, then the green "My Info" button, then fill out the personal information form, then click "Save", then scroll down and click the green "Register for a class" button.
If you don't have a COV account, you'll need to first create a VIM account . Then come back here, click the above "Register" button, then the green "My Info" button, then fill out the personal information form, then click "Save", then scroll down and click the green "Register for a class" button.
