  • Hands-on CTP Training for AITRs

    Course Description:  Training is for agency staff performing the AITR role. It will introduce Planview forms, system navigation and prepare users for AITR responsibilities: Business Requirements for Technology (BRTs), Procurement Governance Requests (PGR), Investment Business Cases (IBC), IT Strategic Planning and approval requirements for those requests.

  • Commonwealth – New AITR Overview Training

    Date:  May 17, 2024
    Time:  9 am - 4:30 pm
    Location:  Virtual/Online (Teams Meeting)
    Presenters:  Jessica Sudduth, Rex Pyle, Constance Scott, Chris Hinkle, Amy Braden, Victoria Harness, and Rebekah Corker

    Course Description:  The New AITR Overview Training is intended for new AITRs, as it is designed to acquaint staff of the AITR role and responsibilities, however, the session may also serve as a refresher for current AITRs. This overview includes presentations from the Customer Relationships, IT Investment Management Division (ITIMD), Project Management Division (PMD), Finance, Customer Success, and Security, as well as, demonstration and overview of Apptio and Archer. Useful AITR links and next steps will also be shared at the conclusion of the New AITR Overview Training.

If you already have a PMD account, then click the above "Register" button, then the click the green "My Info" button, then scroll down and click the green "Register for a class" button. (Note, if you're not on the COV network nor VPNed in, you'll get a Windows authentication pop-up to enter your COV credentials.)

If you have a COV account but no PMD account, then click the above "Register" button, then the green "My Info" button, then fill out the personal information form, then click "Save", then scroll down and click the green "Register for a class" button.

If you don't have a COV account, you'll need to first create a VIM account . Then come back here, click the above "Register" button, then the green "My Info" button, then fill out the personal information form, then click "Save", then scroll down and click the green "Register for a class" button.
