8.9.4 Performance requirements

Performance requirements describe what the supplier must do to accomplish the work or deliver the required products, services or solution that may be unique to a particular IT project. These requirements may cover the required qualifications of a supplier and its project team, specific tasks and subtasks to be completed, parameters and restrictions on performance, time for completion of work (if not otherwise stated) and a list of deliverables the supplier must provide.
