1.5.1 Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act (PPEA)

All IT goods and services procured by an executive branch agency for the benefit of the Commonwealth pursuant to any PPEA effort are also subject to VITA's procurement authority in accordance with § 2.2-2007 and §2.2-2012 of the Code of Virginia.
