Save the date June 5: Services fair and wireless carrier exchange

VITA is pleased to host two exciting events on June 5. Our second quarter (Q2) in-person services fair and an educational wireless carrier information exchange event will be held at VITA’s office, Boulders VII, 7325 Beaufont Springs Drive, Midlothian, VA 23225, in the first-floor training room, #108.
Details and registration information for both events are provided below. Please share with agency staff and business owners to attend one or both educational and collaborative events.
June 5 event details
Morning: Q2 VITA Services fair (9 – 11 a.m.)
With a 2024 theme of Possibilities and Progress, our first quarter fair identified opportunities in case and log management, paper/manual process and human resources. Agency IT resources (AITRs), chief information officers (CIOs), information security officers (ISOs), business owners, sourcing and finance staff and any other agency staff are encouraged to attend. Registration is required.

Afternoon: Wireless carrier information exchange (1– 3 p.m.)
With a goal of educating our customers on VITA's wireless carrier options, the event will offer one-on-one time with all wireless carrier device suppliers and VITA service owners. Additionally, it will give attendees an opportunity to learn more about the carrier rate plans and features with the mobile service, based on current (some recently new) contractual commitments. Registration is required.
