Project managers (PMs) need to adapt and focus on new ways of managing their traditional tried-and-true project management processes to meet a changing environment. To be successful, they need to be open to new skill sets and new ways of thinking outside the box. Today’s PMs must master new technology-based systems in the cloud, security compliance, disaster recovery and conquer the challenges facing them while working remotely. PMs must also improve their communication skills and learn to access, manage and evaluate projects remotely.
Registration is $75 and is open to state and locality staff only. Agency project managers are highly encouraged to attend. Continuing education credits are offered.
