Agencies requiring deviation from the enterprise architecture (EA) EA225 requirements and/or technology standards, may request an exception using VITA's Archer application.
All exceptions require approval prior to an agency pursuing procurements, deployments or development activities related to technologies that are not compliant with the EA225 standard.
The RSA Archer GRC platform consists of agency inventories of applications, data assets and software tools. Archer creates a common set of capabilities, methods, and taxonomy for risk and compliance programs. This enables greater integration of data, while creating a common language and reporting structure to share results.
