Overview
The services described on this page are non-catalog services, meaning they cannot be requested through the VITA Service Catalog. These include items ordered through Virginia's e-procurement solution (eVA), services available through statewide IT contracts and select telecommunications services ordered through VITA's telecommunications expense management (TEMS) system. Each service has its own ordering process and available options.
Statewide Contracts
All public bodies can use VITA’s statewide contracts, as long as the solicitation or contract permits it. These IT contracts offer significant benefits, including access to competitive pricing through aggregated demand, saving time by eliminating the need for bidding, and immediate availability of ready-to-use IT and telecommunications contracts. TEMS
VITA has launched the new, improved next generation telecommunications expense management system (NextGen TEMS). The NextGen TEMS replaces the previous telecommunications expense billing system (TEBS) and provides essential improvements to our telecommunications services. Visit the TEMS page.
TEBS
The previous telecommunications expense billing system (TEBS) has been replaced by NextGen TEMS platform. The TEBS system is available for historical reference only through August 1, and the system is read‑only with no downloads or exports.
Mainframe Services
