Deputy Chief Director of the Project Management Center of Excellence

VITA is hiring a Deputy Chief Director of the Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCOE) to help shape enterprise‑level standards and strengthen customer experiences across the Commonwealth. In this senior leadership role, the successful candidate will guide the development of the PMCOE, advise the Chief Experience Officer, support high-priority projects and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and organizational performance.
Training and Development Program Manager

VITA is also recruiting for a Training and Development Program Manager with the Human Resources team. The program manager plays a critical role in designing, developing, delivering and evaluating high-impact training programs that directly support and advance agency goals. This position leads needs assessments, implements tailored learning solutions, manages organizational development initiatives and oversees the agency's comprehensive workforce development plan.
