Paging services provide wireless paging service throughout a majority of the commonwealth. This service includes local and statewide service plans and two-way paging and end user support both through VITA and the contractor. Additional features include:

Broken, Damaged, Lost or Stolen Pagers - Local
VITA is not involved in handling functional problems relating to a pager.
Lost or Stolen Pagers:- Contact USA Mobility at (866) 676-8246
- Identify yourself as a Commonwealth employee and request a replacement pager.
- A new pager will be sent out and the broken or malfunctioning pager needs to be returned in the box that the replacement pager was sent in.
- There is no cost for this replacement.
- A TSR must be submitted to VITA to acquire a replacement. A replacement pager fee will be applied to all lost or stolen pagers.

Broken, Damaged, Lost or Stolen Pagers - Nationwide
VITA does not become involved in handling broken, damaged or malfunctioning pagers.
Broken or Damaged pagers
- Contact AQUIS.
- A new pager will be sent out and the broken or malfunctioning pager needs to be returned in the box that the replacement pager was sent in.
- There is no cost for the replacement of malfunctioning pagers.
Lost or Stolen Pagers
- A TSR must be submitted to VITA to acquire a replacement pager for a lost or stolen pager.
- A replacement pager fee will be applied to all lost or stolen pagers.
