Automation – Community of Practice (CoP) event Sept. 20

Do you want to learn more about automation? VITA is pleased to coordinate an in-person Automation – Community of Practice (CoP) learning opportunity for all Commonwealth of Virginia (COV) employees. VITA is creating an automation CoP to support agencies in improving how they work, share effective techniques with one another, capture viable techniques, and support individual and team learning.
The event will be held at the James Monroe Building from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Sept. 20.
The all-day CoP event will be led by VITA’s business platform solutions (BPS) team and in coordination with several suppliers. Goals of the session include:
💡Helping you move away from working in silos within agencies and start sharing knowledge
💡Using resources more efficiently at your agency by reducing repetitive tasks
💡Provisioning quality products and services to agency customers
💡Reducing operational costs by eliminating inefficient practices and cutting implementation time for new skills and technologies
💡Consistency in how you offer services and create products
