• SWAM Subcontracting Report Template(Last updated: February 7, 2008)
  Suppliers utilizing SWAM subcontractors should report monthly on the amount of SWAM subcontracting expenditures they make based on their VITA contract.
• Supplier Report of Sales Template(Last Updated: August 29, 2007)
  If supplier contracts contain "Report of Sales" and "Industrial Funding Adjustment" (IFA) clauses, suppliers are required to report their total monthly sales based on the contract, and submit IFA payments due to VITA according to the terms of their contract.
