By carefully reviewing calling patterns, customers can choose an optimal and cost-effective plan for their agency user. For example, "Pay As You Go" includes charges for every call placed and can, for high usage customers, sometimes result in much higher bills than a package plan. There are various calling plans to choose from through several service providers. Through use of this web tool, you may also determine that your current plan is the most optimal plan based on your usage patterns.
Be aware that converting to a new service plan or provider many times requires the purchase of a new phone. The existing phone will not always work with a new provider.
It is highly recommended that users with phones that are more than two years old replace their phones. There are a variety of "no cost" and discounted phones available on the new contracts.

Agency Telecommunications Coordinators can follow the steps below to review an individual's current cellular plan and/or choose a plan that best fits the business needs:
Review monthly detailed cellular cost information using the
Web Cellular Tool. The Web Cellular Tool will be updated with the latest billing cycle at the beginning of each month, collecting one year of data. Recommendations for cost savings will also be available for review.
