The Online Bill Browser application provides access to Comprehensive IT Goods and Services Bill files that were created prior to July 2019 and the Telecommunications Billing system (TEBS) bill files.
To access this application you must first have a VITA Identity Manager (VIM) Account. Use VIM to request an account, update your contact info, update your password, or request a new password.

To request a VIM account for the first time, visit the homepage of the application you wish to access and look for the VIM toolbar or go directly the VIM tool https://accessidm.vita.virginia.gov/externalauth/login.aspx. The toolbar will guide you through the steps to create your account profile, answer two security questions and submit the request. Once your VIM account is approved and active, you will still need to request access for any additional individual application accounts.

If you are a not a Commonwealth of Virginia employee, go to "Forgot My Password" in VIM using your email account. You will use the same VIM account and password to access many of the VIM-enabled applications, once authorized to do so by the application owner. If you need to access a different application, and you already have a VIM account, simply visit the homepage of the application you wish to access. Look for the VIM toolbar on your application or go directly to the VIM tool https://accessidm.vita.virginia.gov/externalauth/login.aspx. The tool will guide you through the application access request process. You will be notified via email once the application owner authorizes access to the application.
