VITA currently invoices its customers using three billing systems:
Access to historical billing data is also available. The systems are described in more detail, below.
As of July 1, 2019, VITA launched a new IT financial management (ITFM) tool. From that date forward, all billing previously provided under VITA's comprehensive IT goods and services billing, miscellaneous services billing, and mainframe services billing categories has instead been provided to customers in a new monthly, consolidated bill for IT services, within the ITFM system.
Access to ITFM can be requested by using the "Request Assistance" or "Create a ticket" links to notify the VITA Customer Care Center (VCCC). You may alternately email the services desk at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call the VCCC at (866) 637-8482.
VITA is no longer using the legacy systems previously employed to bill customers for services. However, customers who currently have access to the comprehensive IT goods and services and miscellaneous services bill data (via online billing or the bill browser) and/or mainframe services billing (via the SmartCloud Cost Management (SCCM) tool) will continue to be able to access historical bill data through those methods.
The online bill browser, where bills for comprehensive IT goods and services, and miscellaneous services were previously posted, will continue to retain VITA customer invoices generated prior to July 1, 2019. Current online bill browser users will continue to be able to access historical bills on the site. VITA will no longer be provisioning new access to the online bill browser. Customer organizations that no longer have a user with access to the online bill browser may request historical billing data by emailing email@example.com.
The SCCM system, where bills for mainframe services billing were previously posted, will continue to retain invoices generated prior to July 1, 2019. Current users will continue to be able to access historical bills on the site. VITA will no longer be provisioning new access to SCCM. Customer organizations that no longer have a user with access to SCCM may request historical billing data by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
All billing for managed routers, wide area network (WAN), unified communications as a service (UcaaS) and executive teleconferencing services previously provided in TEBS is now being provided within the new voice and data networking (VDN) bill. Customer organizations needing access to VDN or with questions may contact the VDN platform services billing team at VDNbilling@vita.virginia.gov.

As of July 1, 2019, TEBS is used for billing customers for all local telecommunications services, broadband, and non-executive telecommunication services. Billing for voice and data networking services previously provided in TEBS is now being generated in the VDN system.
Historical invoice data for the above TEBS services, and for voice and data networking telecommunications services prior to July 1, 2019, remains available in TEBS. To learn more about TEBS, please visit the non-catalog services page, or contact email@example.com.
