24.5.10 Methodologies for weighting criteria

If weighting criteria is used or a numerical score system is used, the point values assigned to each of the evaluation criteria shall be included in the RFP or publicly posted prior to the due date and time for receiving proposals. Agencies are free to design rating plans which best achieve their business needs and the requirements of a particular procurement.
