VITA Alert

VITA Alert allows VITA customers to monitor the status of VITA services. The VITA Alert Web page indicates the current status of VITA services, and allows VITA customers to register for e-mail/pager alerts of status changes.

VITA services are organized in a hierarchical tree structure. When a status change occurs, e-mail notification is sent to the registrants of that service, as well as registrants of that hierarchical tree. If a customer is registered for numerous services, only one e-mail is sent for each status change event within a service tree.

A Pegasus password is required to access VITA Alert.
