VITA's Reservationless Conferencing service offers a variety of features to customize your conference in addition to providing quick access to your call. Standard options can be viewed here:  Reservationless Conferencing can be combined with Web conferencing for a Web and audio integrated experience that puts you in control of your conference with the click of your mouse.

Additional charge will be incurred for the following features

  • Recording Playback via Phone is per min/per part for playback
  • Record & Playback utilizing Streaming is per min/per part for playback. This includes live streaming during a call. Audio charge is still applied for the call.
  • Minimum daily charges per day apply to archives extended beyond 30 days
  • Customers can obtain a copy of Reservationless-Plus archives on a CD. CD's of Reservationless-Plus archives are available in cda, .wav or mp3 file format.
  • Reservationless-Plus 706 Rate: A separate rate may be applied to ResPlus 706 calls made internationally. This is possible since 706 appears as part of the ANI, only on calls made internationally (does not apply to calls made domestically).

A surcharge will be added to the toll and toll-free rate for the following regions

  • Alaska, Canada, Hawaii,Puerto Rico
