Instant Messaging with Google Hangouts enables users to send and receive instant messages in real time communication with chats of up to 100 people in a group discussion. Hangouts allows up to 25 users to simultaneously participate in a live video session with features such as screen sharing, chat inside the hangout, capture images, remote desktop capabilities and more.
This service is an optional feature available to customers subscribed to 30GB or unlimited messaging mailboxes.
Effective 12/15/18, this service can be ordered from the VITA Service Catalog in the new VITA Service Portal. To submit your request:
