Secure email service enables the commonwealth to encrypt emails, attachments, files and other content shared from messaging mailbox accounts. The service allows users to manage who can see encrypted email information, and for how long. Users can also revoke forwarding and recall sent messages, even after they are read. This service functions on desktop computers, laptops and mobile devices whether in transit or at rest.
To be eligible for this service, users must be subscribed to a 30 GB or an unlimited mailbox.
Effective 12/15/18, this service can be ordered from the VITA Service Catalog in the new VITA Service Portal. To submit your request:
