A "legacy" server incurs a monthly charge. These are servers that have not been transformed and are designated as legacy in accordance with Appendix 12, Schedule 3.3, Legacy Operations Framework of the Comprehensive Infrastructure Agreement.
An agency subject to these fees confirms the list of legacy hardware assets subject to VITA legacy hardware and support fees. If an agency asks that hardware remain as legacy, it is subject to legacy fees. No need to order: Rates are published here for awareness.
