The Mailing Address Verification (MAV) service is a real-time address verification service. Agencies subscribed to MAV can utilize real-time address lookups in agency applications.
The MAV service includes capabilities to consume interactive address verification using the latest United States USPS® data to validate addresses to the apartment/suite level. MAV also provides latitude and longitude, business/residence or county code data, it standardizes the address format and where possible corrects the undeliverable addresses. Using MAV enables agencies to save money on postal costs and reduce returned mail.
The MAV service pricing is based on per 100 address verifications. The rates include software and support.
New customers to the MAV service are offered a discounted introductory rate for non-production MAV lookup. The introductory rate applies until the first production MAV lookup has occurred or for the first year of utilizing the service in non-production mode, whichever comes first. The introductory rates are converted to standard rates at that time.
MAV Service Rates
$0.15 per 100 lookups
$0.075 per 100 lookups (non-production Only)
