In an effort to provide our customers one central place for service related inquiries, we have implemented a centralized mailbox This mailbox will be managed by one team within the Customer Solutions and Support division and will be responded to daily. It is currently being used for:

  • All work request related documents and questions
  • eVA infrastructure order statuses
  • Exception requests
  • Microsoft Home use questions
  • Requests for new or changed VITA services
  • General VITA service related questions
