CIO of the Commonwealth, Lem Stewart, hosts monthly CIO - CAO Communications Exchange Meetings to share information about IT infrastructure initiatives and the IT Infrastructure Partnership, create networking opportunities among IT professionals in the Commonwealth and provide a forum for dialogue and discussion.
