Computer Aid, Incorporated (CAI) is recognized for their outstanding contributions to the Governor's small-, women- and minority-owned (SWaM) business initiative. CAI manages the Supplier Managed Staff Augmentation (SMSA) program for placement of IT staff augmentation resources for the Commonwealth. Since the inception of this program in 2006, sixty percent of the Commonwealth’s spend has directly been paid to SWAM businesses.

The two winning vendors are Pragmatic Solutions, Inc. with offices in Annandale Virginia and ZELOS with offices in Midlothian Virginia. The town of Leesburg is one of many local governments, state agencies, K-12 schools and institutions of higher education in the Commonwealth that has taken advantage of VITA's state contracts for HP and Cisco networking equipment.
