The Commonwealth has reached agreement with Northrop Grumman creating additional accountability measures for operating the state's information technology (IT) infrastructure. This latest agreement adds three additional initiatives and re-commits to the
seven operational improvement initiatives in the March 30, 2010 agreement. All 10 are intended to enhance customer service and achieve greater customer satisfaction. The three additional initiatives include:
Creating and tracking a set of accountability measures related to billing disputes
Creating and tracking a set of accountability measures around processing times for work requests and technical solutions
Focusing attention on assisting customers with best practices to manage data storage costs

86 of 89 agencies have completed transformation. Remaining are those agencies deferred in Amendment 60 to complete transformation after 2010, including Emergency Management, Employment Commission and State Police.
