Seven Virginia counties have been honored with top spots in the 2015 Digital Counties Survey. The survey recognizes leading examples of counties using technology to improve services and boost efficiencies. First place awards were given Fairfax and Chesterfield counties in their respective population categories. Arlington County took second place in its category, while Montgomery was third, Roanoke was fourth, Gloucester was sixth, Albemarle was seventh and Franklin County was 10th in their population category.
