The VITA Customer Care Center (VCCC) is available to assist you with any inquiry or question a customer may have about any service VITA provides. The VCCC is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will direct your question to the right resource within VITA and follow up to make sure you've gotten the help you needed.
