RSS stands for "really simple syndication" and is a format for easily gathering and distributing Web content updates such as news or job listings. Feeds can be read by many different methods. Most contemporary browsers provide a method and there are many "portal" Web sites that also provide feed aggregators if you start an account with them. You can download a feed reader to your computer and install it. Some you may have to pay for but others are free.
