Board Members

The Information Technology Investment Board is comprised of 10 members - seven citizen members and three ex-officio members:

Three citizen members are appointed by the Governor. The members have experience as senior information technology executives.
Four citizen members appointed by the Joint Rules Committee from a list recommended by the Joint Commission on Technology and Science. The members have experience in information technology systems or other technology systems, including, but not limited to, human resources, environment, transportation or finance.
The Secretary of Technology serves ex-officio with full voting privileges. The Secretary serves for the term of his/her term of office, and shall serve as vice chair of the ITIB.
The Secretary of Finance serves ex-officio with full voting privileges. The Secretary serves for the term of his/her term of office.
The Auditor of Public Accounts serves ex-officio without voting privileges. The Auditor of Public Accounts also serves for the term of his/her term of office.
