The Enterprise Applications Division maintains a portfolio of applications used by Executive Branch agencies to conduct Commonwealth business. This portfolio is stored and accessed from the Commonwealth Enterprise Technology Repository (CETR). The portfolio provides the Executive Branch with a comprehensive inventory of Commonwealth application investments. Major projects under development are also tracked in ProSight. The portfolio of business applications in CETR supports development of the Enterprise Architecture, provides a library of existing solutions and identifies possible common business needs.

The portfolio is maintained by individual agencies and certified annually as part of the Strategic Plan development process. Before initiating a technology project, agencies are encouraged to seek existing solutions or opportunities for collaboration.
